For PLAST, Alfredo Martini needed to showcase a very wide range of products (industrial containers, resin pallets, logistics and automation solutions) without the selection appearing indistinct. The project was developed by organizing the space by product category, with vertical signage that identifies them at a glance.
- full-height vertical totems, one color for each product family
- raised platform with a rotating platform for large containers
- blue perimeter band and suspended cube featuring the brand logo, visible from a distance
- white display shelves for small components
- meeting area integrated into the exhibition route
The result is a booth where the variety of the product lineup is presented in an orderly and easy-to-follow layout.

PLAST Trade Show Booth Design for Martini Alfredo
Martini Alfredo has been working with plastics since 1945 and manufactures a range of products that spans from small component boxes to large industrial containers and synthetic resin pallets. At a trade show, such an extensive catalog risks losing its impact: visitors see plastic, not product categories. The design addressed this very issue.
The solution involves vertical totems that mark the perimeter of the booth. Each is a different color and features the name of the product family repeated as a background pattern (pallets, large containers). They function on two levels: from a distance, they are chromatic elements that make the booth recognizable in a crowded hall; up close, they become signage that guides visitors toward the category that interests them.
On the floor, the layout is organized by area. A raised platform, bordered by a light strip and a safety barrier, houses the large containers on a rotating platform: the bulkiest product in the range is displayed as it rotates, visible from all sides without the visitor having to walk around it. The white display shelves, on the other hand, hold the small-format components, where the color of the products themselves serves as the visual focal point.
At the top, the blue perimeter strip featuring the logo and the illuminated cube suspended from the ceiling ensure visibility from a distance, in a pavilion where the surrounding booths compete for the same attention.
The meeting area, featuring tables, white chairs, and screens for corporate content, is seamlessly integrated into the visitor flow without interrupting it, allowing business discussions to take place right next to the products visitors have just viewed.
Effetre designed and built the exhibit, from defining the layout to producing the display elements, right through to assembly at the trade show.
