On the occasion of MECSPE 2026, Q8Oils renewed its collaboration with Effetre for the design and construction of its exhibition stand, continuing a project path already established in previous editions.
The new stand develops in continuity with the existing concept, evolving it into a more open and vertical layout, with the aim of increasing visibility and improving the usability of the space.
A space designed to encourage dialogue and enhance the brand’s presence at the trade fair, while remaining consistent with the values of innovation, sustainability and reliability that define Q8Oils.
- Vertical development: increased visibility thanks to a design that extends upward.
- More open and airy spaces: an open layout that improves flow and visitor experience.
- Dual conversation areas: a central space for dynamic interactions and a more private area for meetings.
- Distinctive elements: reuse of Q8Oils barrels as tables, an iconic feature of the project.
- Design continuity: a coherent evolution of the previous stand, maintaining brand identity and recognizability.
Q8Oils Stand Design at MECSPE – Concept evolution and space enhancement
The project represents a natural evolution of the stand developed in previous editions, with a particular focus on spatial perception and visibility within the exhibition hall.
The introduction of a vertical development allows the stand to stand out more prominently within the hall, while the expansion of the overall space and the redefinition of the layout help create a more open and welcoming setting.
The two conversation areas, differentiated by function and level of privacy, allow both quick interactions and more structured meetings to be managed effectively, addressing the different relational needs typical of a trade fair context.
The reference to the brand’s iconic elements, such as the barrels repurposed as tables, strengthens the stand’s visual identity and ensures continuity with the previous project, balancing recognizability and evolution.
An intervention that confirms the importance of thoughtful design, capable of evolving over time and enhancing each new exhibition experience.
