On the occasion of the 47th National Congress of the Italian Society of Spinal Surgery – Italian Scoliosis Group, held at the Marriott Hotel in Milan, Effetre designed and created the exhibition space for Medtronic, the event’s Diamond Sponsor.
The space was developed to combine reception, conversation and the display of the company’s technologies in an area consistent with the brand’s visual identity and the highly specialised context of the congress.
- Dual function of the space: reception area and conversation zone integrated with the exhibition space.
- Communication: external infographics to aid understanding of the technologies on display.
- Consistent visual identity: use of Medtronic’s corporate blue to ensure brand recognition and continuity.
- Functional and discreet space: an area designed to encourage meaningful meetings and technical discussion.
Medtronic exhibition stand at the G.I.S. Congress – Communication and engagement in a scientific context
The project developed for Medtronic interprets the requirements of a conference space as an extension of the brand’s presence, where the exhibition function is integrated with that of engagement.
The stand was designed to guide visitors along a clear and immediate route: from the visual impact of the external infographics to the internal area dedicated to dialogue and the presentation of technological solutions.
The design approach favoured a restrained aesthetic consistent with the medical-scientific context, keeping the clarity of the content and the quality of interaction between specialists and the company at the forefront.
A project that confirms Effetre’s ability to operate even in non-exhibition contexts, translating complex requirements into functional, accessible spaces geared towards professional interaction.
